Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products supplied electronically and whose execution has begun after the customer's agreement.

2. Refund
A refund can only be granted in case of proven malfunction of the provided license, after verification by technical support. The request must be made within 7 days following the purchase.
