General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the sales terms of the products offered on the 123 Licence site.

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of digital software licenses concluded via the site.

2. Products
The products offered are dematerialized software licenses, delivered exclusively by electronic means.

3. Price and payment
Prices are indicated in euros including tax. Payment is due immediately at the time of order by credit card.

4. Delivery
Delivery is made by e-mail immediately after payment validation.

5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products whose execution has begun after consumer's consent.

6. Warranties
Licenses are guaranteed valid at the time of their issuance. In case of problem, customer service must be contacted within 7 days.

7. Responsibilities
123 Licence cannot be held responsible for software or hardware incompatibilities related to the client's IT environment.

8. Disputes
In case of dispute, French law applies and the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
